Understanding Your Monthly Bill
New Edge will mail (or e-mail) your monthly invoice within 5 business days from the beginning of the month. Payments are due by the date shown on your bill.

Your first bill may be larger than normal. This may be due to several reasons including:

  • The first invoice will include a prorated amount for the month in which service was installed
  • Plus monthly charges for the following full month's service.
  • Your one-time service installation and activation fee (if applicable)
  • Equipment Charges (if applicable)

Payment Options
We offer many convenient payment options designed to make your bill paying as easy as possible:

  • Pay by Mail
    Mailing your payment is easy. New Edge Networks provides a pre-printed envelope in your bill each month. Simply enclose the bottom section of your bill and your check payable to New Edge Networks, add postage, and drop the envelope in the mail. If you misplace your pre-printed envelope, mail your payment to:

  • Sign Up For AutoPay
    Choosing AutoPay allows your bank or credit union to make direct bill payments to New Edge Networks on your behalf. You continue to receive a monthly statement, the amount you owe, and the due date. Your amount due is automatically withdrawn and deducted from your checking or savings account and credited to your New Edge account. The transaction also appears on your bank/credit union statement. No more check writing, standing in line, late payments or postage expense! Even better...sign up for email invoicing and AutoPay today and save $5 off your monthly bill.

    If you are interested in AutoPay, simply complete the authorization form and return it along with a voided blank check or deposit slip and your account number to:

  • Pay By Credit Card
    New Edge also accepts payments by Visa or Master Card. You can make one-time payments on your bill or sign up to have your future monthly bills charged on your credit card.
